How often do you allow yourself to take a CONSCIOUS break from a project that's nagging you, the to-do list that seems never ending or perhaps racing thoughts?

Marisa and Natalie have concocted a relaxing & restorative session for you this month! Join us on June 13th at 6:30pm for a casual meet/greet/CBD Q & A... featuring chakra tea with a sample of New Life CBD. We will have a de-stress session at 7-8pm that will be in the main studio. The de-stress session will combine light stretching, restorative yoga poses, relaxing music and extended savasana (last pose in yoga class/yoga nap/silent meditation at end of class). This class will be donation-based.
