Activate your body’s natural elements through yoga
with Lila Shirey-Pritchett

If you’re stoking the fire of your passion or grounding yourself before taking a dive into something new, then this series is for you. We’ll be working with the elements; air, fire, water, and earth to balance and restore your bodies basic needs.

This vinyasa yoga series will be every Wednesday’s at 2:00 pm from February 13- March 6th
