Five Kosha Yin Yoga: Journey through the layers of Self

This is an invitation to yield into juicy and rejuvenating practice of meditative yin and restorative yoga combined with essential yoga philosophy. The practice will take us on a journey to explore and embody the five koshas or layers of Self: annamaya (physical), pranamaya (energy), manomaya (mental), vijanamaya (wisdom) and anandamaya (bliss). The practice creates space to receive insights from the inner guru and encourages this knowledge to be integrated as wisdom for the greater good. Reiki energy healing will be applied during the class. You are welcome with or without previous experience of yoga. Just bring open heart and mind.
