Do you constantly worry about your food choices and feel uncomfortable in your body? Do you feel anxious around food during the Holidays and find yourself overeating while planning your next diet? 

Join us on a journey of exploring a more conscious, compassionate, & relaxed relationship with food & your body.

We will explore how we eat significantly impacts our well-being and how we can navigate the Holidays with less guilt and shame around food and our bodies. Learning tools that will allow us to feel more grounded and nourished by food and safe in our bodies, rather than living in fear of it.
