Restorative Yoga & Energy Healing

Class Details:

Completely surrender, release, and leave renewed with this restorative yoga practice combined with the healing energy of Reiki. Both of these practices help reset and restore the nervous system so that we can enter into a deep state of relaxation, repair, and peace. This full moon is also combined with a lunar eclipse and is a powerful time to be with and release all the emotions, thoughts, patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving us. Caroline will be leading a healing meditation while sending Reiki to the group during the practice to assist in clearing away the old, raising our vibration and re-aligning with peace, love, and compassion.

This is an invitation to yield into juicy and rejuvenating practice of meditative yin and restorative yoga combined with essential yoga philosophy. The practice will take us on a journey to explore and embody the five koshas or layers of Self: annamaya (physical), pranamaya (energy), manomaya (mental), vijanamaya (wisdom) and anandamaya (bliss). The practice creates space to receive insights from the inner guru and encourages this knowledge to be integrated as wisdom for the greater good. Reiki energy healing will be applied during the class. You are welcome with or without previous experience of yoga. Just bring open heart and mind.

Kirtan brings your whole system into a state of harmony, and fills you with life! This is soothing mantra, and ecstatic chant. No experience necessary! Sit, sing, or relax.

Kris Harris teaches meditation, yoga, mantra, and yogic health, and especially enjoys sound and mantra. She plays a bit of guitar, harmonium, piano, and sitar, and sings sanskrit and buddhist mantra. All of this as ways to relax as happy peacefulness.
